The design constraints made this project a really tough one to complete. Our team had to achieve an authentic classical façade while integrating angled roofs, expansive interiors, and new-age layouts.

RCC roofs with dark shingles met the traditional ambience, while lush lawns brought natural light and ventilation indoors. Customised cornices, wooden mouldings, and carefully selected materials like PU-painted wardrobes and fabric-panelled bed walls created a cohesive design that honours tradition without compromising modernity.
This 1000-square-yard floor plan masterfully combines timeless charm with modern functionality. Regal pillars and expansive courtyards bring grandeur, while meticulous layouts ensure a seamless flow.
