Transforming 6,300 sq. ft. of empty canvas into a modern café and lounge with high ceilings wasn’t just about space—it was about an experience. The design had to blend the elegance of Scandinavian minimalism with the functionality of an airport lounge, offering dynamic seating, a vibrant café, and a luxurious reception.

The client wanted a space that felt like an international airport lounge—spacious, modern, and versatile. From single-seater privacy pods to large communal dining areas, the client envisioned a seamless blend of elegance and functionality, accented with natural green walls, curved ceilings, and a calming light palette of colours.

The bottlenecks faced in this project included balancing 20-foot-high ceilings with spatial intimacy and creating functional yet stylish multi-level seating zones while adhering to strict aesthetic demands.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Firstly, our custom-designed hexagonal pillars and fan-shaped curved ceilings accentuated the height, while mixed seating layouts ensured flexibility. Green walls and planter accents softened the space, while rounded edges in doors and furnishings brought cohesion to a café that feels straight out of a design book.
