a) Diggvijay Architects LLP does not guarantee, warranty, or take responsibility for works executed by external vendors/agencies such as civil contractors, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, false ceiling suppliers, painters, polishers, security guards, MS suppliers, etc. We do not have any of these parties permanently employed by our office.
b) Diggvijay Architects LLP can take photographs and videos of the finished project 180 days after completion, with a prior appointment at the client's convenience. Diggvijay Architects LLP reserves the right to publish these photos on its website, social media channels, and magazines.
c) The working hours for Diggvijay Architects LLP are 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. The Second and Fourth Saturdays of each month are non-working.
d) The contract/quotation is valid for a period of 12 months. However, if the project takes longer to finish, an additional fee shall be paid on a mutually agreed basis.
e) The fees mentioned in the contract are design consultancy charges only. These are not turnkey charges for complete construction execution at the site.
