PROJECT DEMANDS
The idea was to transform a bare-shell, combined showroom space of 2304 square feet into an ultra-sophisticated office. The client wanted a professional, non-flashy design that aligned with Vastu principles, accommodating functional workspaces, executive cabins, a conference room, and luxurious client lounges. Everything was designed according to their operational needs, with a touch of artistry here and there, or as we like it – everywhere!

A refined yet functional workspace for contractors, government officials, and clients. The design of the entire commercial canvas had to reflect professionalism, with elegant interiors, seamless Vastu compliance, and a clear layout featuring dedicated cabins for company delegates and a welcoming reception area.

OBSTACLES FACED
The challenge was to keep things moving and constant at the same time. The project required addressing dead spaces, tight functional zoning, and precise material selection to maintain the space’s sophisticated design tone.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Now was the time for us to use our interior design wisdom to mould the aesthetics according to our constraints. We crafted a storage-integrated HR partition, customised Vastu-compliant cabins, and multifunctional spaces. A cohesive material palette of stone, wood, and PU accents ensured a polished look, while motorised blinds and bespoke artwork took the creative profile up a notch in the interiors.
Designed with Vastu precision, the floor plan balances executive sophistication with staff efficiency. From systematic cabins to cosy lounges and conference spaces, every square foot exudes intentionality and utility. This office isn't just a workspace—it's where aesthetics and productivity shake hands.
Our journey began with an empty shell and a Vastu-approved vision. Through meticulous planning, creative problem-solving, and relentless attention to detail, our architects transformed the aesthetic anatomy of this office space into a seamless blend of sophistication and functionality.
