The task was to transform a 990-square-foot bare shell into dual-purpose clinics that catered to the distinct needs of a renowned dental surgeon and a retired ophthalmologist. The goal? To design a welcoming, highly functional space that seamlessly balances their unique requirements while exuding warmth and sophistication for every patient who walks through the door.

Our interior designers were shackled by the limited space, a multi-purpose layout, and ensuring distinct yet cohesive designs for the clinics while accommodating heavy footfall daily.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Centralising the reception and waiting areas optimised flow and reduced redundancy. Staggered dental chairs and an open lab added functionality and visual openness. Green walls, floral fabrics, and mandala ceilings brought warmth and calm, while blackout blinds created a perfect environment for eye examinations.
This floor plan bifurcates and blends two unique clinics in an aesthetic manner. Shared reception, staggered layouts, and calming design elements seamlessly blended professionalism with warmth. From mandala ceilings to green walls, every detail whispers sophistication while tackling the chaos of functionality. This clinic is a true testament to thoughtful spatial innovation.
