We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join our architecture firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop design concepts, and oversee execution from start to finish.
Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will lead architectural projects, translate design concepts into technical drawings, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors. Your expertise in design, technical documentation, and project management will ensure high-quality outcomes that align with our creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs that align with project goals and client expectations.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee and track project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Lead client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Assist in tender document preparation and construction administration.
Provide on-site supervision and ensure quality control during construction.
Support junior architects and interns, providing guidance and mentorship.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
3-5 years of experience in architectural design; site experience is a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
