Designing a 3-canal estate with a Swiss-inspired façade demanded precision. Cantilevered balconies, exposed concrete, black metals, and floor-to-ceiling glass became the visual language. The brief? A sanctuary of minimalism blending luxury, a driveway for six cars, and an expansive garden—all wrapped in clean lines and understated elegance.
