The design had to balance professional aesthetics, functional workspaces, Vastu compliance, and a welcoming environment, ensuring it aligned with the firm’s ideas and the expectations of high-end clients.

From an independent entrance for clients to bespoke design features, every element had to reflect the essence of creativity and leave a lasting impression.

Working with an ageing structure meant tackling spatial constraints, integrating modern utilities, and adhering to strict design principles—all while retaining accessibility and design integrity. These bottlenecks were few of the many that were yet to come our way.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Our interior designers are no less than magicians. To tackle the aesthetic and structural constraints, we used customised stone, fabric, and wallpaper panels to add depth and texture. An independent entrance improved accessibility while integrated Vastu principles optimised spatial flow. Green accents and hanging planters introduced a calming element, creating a dynamic yet balanced workspace.

This carefully curated floor plan transforms a half-century-old structure into an architectural haven. From bespoke materials to a perfectly optimised layout, every inch exudes function and finesse. With a sleek studio, conference hall, and private cabin, it's where creativity meets a refreshing dose of professionalism—all tied together with lush green accents.
