Transforming an existing civil structure into a boutique hotel that seamlessly marries Manali's natural tranquillity with a raw aesthetic. The project demanded interiors reflecting regional charm, façade redesigns utilising natural materials, and luxurious, functional layouts to redefine commercial hospitality into a personal and exclusive experience.
CLIENT'S VISION
To bring back the good old days vibes, the client wanted a boutique retreat drenched in Northern heritage with raw stone, slate, and wood, echoing the region's authenticity. They sought unique interiors, natural textures, and intimate spaces that offered a luxurious yet regional charm for discerning travellers in Manali’s most exclusive neighbourhood.

What was in this mystery space for us–an oddly shaped civil structure, mismatched balconies, and the challenge of blending commercial functionality with boutique exclusivity. All this was topped off by a tint of tradition in the interiors.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
We reimagined façades with local Himachali slate, limestone cladding, and wooden panelled soffits. Interiors featured earth-plastered walls, sliding batten doors, and raw wood accents. Thoughtful zoning combined guest comfort with operational efficiency, ensuring every corner whispered timeless luxury and regional finesse.
